With a busy life, its sometimes tough to keep track and remember "When did I last ..."
... take that medication?
... exercise?
... write in my diary?
... meditate?
The "When Did I Last?" app allows you to track your own list of recurring activities.
With a simple click you can create a new activity to track, reorder or delete from your list of activities.
You can assign alerts. Either to remind you to do things that have to be done regularly (like exercising or taking some medicine). Or to flag that you have done something too recently and you should not do it again yet (like eating chocolate or taking pain medication!).
To record that you have just performed an activity on your list, just do a long press on that, and voila! the app will keep track of time elapsed and alert you if its time to do it again, or too soon to do so yet.
